Our Classes
Yoga Flow / Vinyasa yoga with Laurence
A wonderful way to start or end your day, with classes that alternate between technique, anatomy, mindful movement, and relaxation.
This 90-minute class combines breathwork, yoga techniques, and asana practice through flowing sequences and anatomical guidance to help you deepen your understanding of the body and movement.
Pilates / Dynamic Morning Pilates with Yasmina
A 60-minute Pilates class, ideal for starting an active and energized day. The practice combines movement, posture work, and breathing techniques.

Gentle Yoga with Laurence
Ideal for beginners, seniors, people with reduced mobility, and pre- and postnatal students.
This 75-minute class combines breathwork, gentle movement, and yoga postures taught through flowing sequences and anatomical guidance, allowing each participant to practice safely and at their own pace.
Pilates for children with Sandrine
A 50-minute Pilates class for children aged 6 to 9, based on the Petit Pilates® method.
A fun and engaging way to develop good posture, body awareness, balance, and coordination through mat exercises, activity workbooks, and playful animal-inspired movements.

Slow Yoga & Yin Yoga with Laurence, Julia & Corinna
Each week, our Slow Yoga classes alternate between several therapeutic approaches led by our three teachers:

Restorative Yoga: A deeply relaxing practice featuring long-held floor postures supported by props such as bolsters, blocks, and straps. Restorative Yoga helps regulate the nervous system while gently stretching the fascia and stimulating the body's energy pathways.

Yin Yoga: A slow and meditative practice that works deeply into the fascia, meridians, and parasympathetic nervous system. Postures are held for several minutes and supported with props to encourage relaxation and release.

Hatha Yoga: A traditional form of yoga practised at a gentle pace, encouraging awareness of the body and breath. Through asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), the practice naturally leads into meditation and Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation practice known to reduce stress, promote a sense of peace, and improve sleep quality.

SOUND BATH :
In the position of your choice, come and immerse yourself in the live sound of Laetitia's voice and her 40 instruments. She masters the guitar as well as the Handpan, Tibetan bowls with therapeutic vibrations, gongs and crystal bowls, drums, flute and other exotic instruments such as the chruti box, monochord.
Private yoga classes are fully tailored to your needs and desires at the moment.
